• Riders must be at least 32 in (81 cm) to ride 

• Riders under 12 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult (18+) 

• Must follow all staff instructions and safety commands 

• Secure all loose items, clothing, and equipment; loose or open-toed footwear must be removed and held by the rider. 

• Riders must be able to safely load, ride, and unload the lift while maintaining control of the upper torso, head, and neck. 

• Riders must remain seated upright at all times and may not swing the chair, lean out, or extend arms or legs beyond the chair area. 

• Throwing of any object off the chair lift is not permitted. 

• No more than 4 patrons per chair at a time 

• All riders must sit on the chair independently; Riders may not sit on laps or in child harnesses 

  Use restraint properly at all times. Do not attempt to modify or defeat the restraint system; do not lift the safety bar until instructed at entry/exit points. 

• Enter and exit at designated areas. 

• Shirt and shoes are required. 

• Subject to closure due to weather conditions 

• No food is permitted; drinks are allowed only in souvenir cups 

• No smoking / vaping allowed. 

• There is an assumed risk with aerial transportation rides.
