Ober Mountain is full of adventure for your family. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to navigate our property and get the most out of your experience!
In downtown Gatlinburg, you will find The Gatlinburg Tram Mall, which includes the lower terminal of The Gatlinburg Tram. The tram will transport you to the Ober Mountain Adventure Park and Ski Area, where all our activities are located. Alternatively, you can drive Ski Mountain Road to go directly to the Adventure Park, though parking can be limited during holiday periods. See below for directions and important details on where to park.
The Gatlinburg Tram
The Easiest Option
The Tramway Mall is the easiest place to begin your Ober Mountain experience. We encourage you to park in our downtown lot and ride the Tram to the Adventure Park 2.1 miles from downtown Gatlinburg.
At the Mall you will find options for a quick bite and shops. If you didn’t purchase your tickets online you can purchase tickets at the ticket booth here.
The Gatlinburg Tramway Mall is the perfect place to meet your group, ride the Tram to the top, then experience the best views of the Smokies.

Drive Ski Mountain Road
Option Two
Ski Mountain Road is a 3-mile, winding road which is the primary driving route to reach Ober Mountain Adventure Park and Ski Area.
The road twists and turns as you gain elevation to reach the mountain top. During inclement weather, Ski Mountain Road can require 4-wheel drive. Parking is limited at the top of mountain, so please call ahead for availability if you plan to drive.

Turn at Traffic Light #10 Ski Mountain Road & Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg
Follow double yellow lines approximately 3 mi. to the top, road dead-ends at the Adventure Park and Ski Area.
